City Hunter Cap was founded in 1991 to provide wide range of headwear in the New York metropolitan area.
In 1994, the company was officially incorporated and today it has become one of the most competitive makers and importers of headwear in America by staying on top of the latest fashion trends and maintaining high quality. Never content on remaining still, City Hunter Cap has been adding new styles, and product lines to their already impressive lineup, making their product selection second to none.
In 1999, City Hunter Cap launched a Pamoa Sportswear division to cater to the golf market. The division features unique lines of golf caps and patented golf covers which are drawing tremendous interests from manufacturers and retailers all over the world and they are requesting exclusivity rights to market these products in their respective regional markets.
In addition, the year 2000 marked the beginning of City Hunter Cap venturing into the sweaters and shirts business catering to the urban market. The product line features matching sets of cap / sweater and cap / shirt combo and they have become a major sales generator this year.
City Hunter Cap also has an impressive warehouse and manufacturing facility located in Clifton, New Jersey where most of the distribution takes place and all of the ski hat lines are manufactured. This has enabled them to keep their prices competitive and make on-time deliveries by maintaining its own distribution control. Also, by having its own manufacturing and distribution facility City Hunter Cap has been able to build its reputation on a foundation of experience, skills, quality, and accuracy.
In addition to their existing services, City Hunter Cap is currently developing plans to introduce unique lines of golf bags, golf gloves, and polo shirts to further strengthen its product lines. They have been able discover and carefully research these niche markets by participating in 10 different conventions related to fashion and golf products annually. By being able to develop these ideas into a full scale business, City Hunter Cap will continue to grow and remain competitive through diverse lines of products and quality services.
